Meet the Coaches


Greg Bradley

Greg has over 30 years of Box and Field Lacrosse playing experience including NCAA and RMLL Sr.B. He has attended numerous National Championship Tournaments as well as 25 years of Box and Field Lacrosse Coaching from Mini-Tyke through to Sr.B in both Alberta and B.C.

 

Gareth Barley

Gareth has 30 yrs playing experience in Box/ Field Lacrosse. He is entering his 9th season as the RMLL Head Coach of the Sr.B Knights and is the President of the RMLL Sr.C Mohawks. Gareth is also an experienced coach in Mini-Tyke through Midget age groups in Rockyview.

 

Taylor Crossley

Taylor has over 20 years of playing experience in box/field lacrosse. He has competed at the national level for both a Minto Cup and a President's Cup. Taylor has coached Novice through Midget Minor lacrosse and has spent 10 years coaching and mentoring within the Rockyview Female program.

 

Derrick Henry

Derrick has over 20 years of Box Lacrosse playing experience in Alberta, including National Championship Tournaments and RMLL Sr. B. Derrick currently has 6-years of Box Lacrosse coaching experience, with a focus on the Bantam and Midget levels including the 2016 & 2018 Alberta Summer Games. Currently Head Coach of the Rockyview Jr B Silvertips.

 

Kyle Steffler

Kyle has over 15 years of Box Lacrosse experience and has spent his career playing in Alberta. He is a member of the RMLL Mohawks and spent last season coaching Novice in Rockyview.

 

Noah Barley

Noah started playing minor lacrosse in Rockyview with the Rage from Peewee until Midget. He started his Junior Lacrosse career playing Jr. B Tier 1 for the Okotoks Marauders and eventually ended up finishing his Jr. Career in Okotoks in Tier one bringing them to a couple promising playoff seasons.

Noah played field lacrosse with Calgary Field for two years in Midget, one of those seasons he played Fall lacrosse with the Elev8 Elite program which allowed him to play in the United States in a tournament coached by NLL and MLL level coaches.

 

Nick Barley

Lesley Hawke

Lesley's list of accolades over the past 25 years of playing and coaching is nothing short of spectacular and her ability to connect with players, teaching everything from development to competitive levels of Women’s Field Lacrosse, is unmatched. With an extremely successful coaching career in Ontario and Alberta, she has always maintained a passion for proper development of the game; this has led Lesley to past roles as the Women’s Field Lacrosse Sector Chair-Alberta for the ALA and the VP of Women’s Field Lacrosse-Alberta for the AFLA. A few (of many) of this Ontario native’s accomplishments include:

  • Ontario Lacrosse Association Coach of the Year - U15 (2001-2004) (coach)
  • Gold Medalist - Provincial Championships - U15 (2001-2004) (coach)
  • U19 National Team Program Evaluator
  • Gold Medalist - National Championships (player)
  • Bronze Medalist - Federation of International Lacrosse (player)
  • 3x OUA Leading Scorer - West Division (player)
  • 3x OUA All-Star Team (player)
  • Calgary Field Lacrosse Head Coach/Finesse Lacrosse (U6-Senior) (2006-2015)
